Services may be provided in the following areas: Logan, Providence, Hyrum, Wellsville, Mendon, Millville, Nibley, North Logan, Hyde Park, Smithfield, Richmond, Lewiston, Tremonton, Garland, Garden City, and other surrounding communities.
